Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Revlink.eu website and service ("Service"), operated by Revlink UAB ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

Revlink.eu allows businesses to order customised Google review QR-code cards as print-ready PDF files. We generate a shortened tracking link via our QR partner and embed it on the card template selected at checkout.

3. Orders and pricing

• All prices are displayed in Euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
• An order is confirmed once payment is successfully captured.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is final.
• Coupon codes are single-use unless otherwise stated and cannot be combined.

4. Digital products and delivery

Our products are digital PDF files. After payment is confirmed, your PDF cards are generated automatically and a download link is emailed to you, typically within a few minutes.

• Download links are valid for the period shown at checkout (default 72 hours) and allow a limited number of downloads.
• You are responsible for downloading and printing the files within the validity window.
• We do not ship physical products.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the contract date.

Exception: by proceeding to payment and requesting immediate delivery of your PDF files, you explicitly consent to the immediate provision of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal once the download link is delivered, in accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

If you have not yet downloaded your files and we are unable to deliver them due to a technical error on our side, a full refund will be issued.

6. Refund policy

• We do not offer refunds on delivered digital products except where required by law.
• If your files cannot be generated due to a fault on our part, we will either regenerate them or issue a full refund at our discretion.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the order date to support@revlink.eu.

7. Acceptable use

You may use the generated PDF cards and QR codes solely for promoting reviews of your own business. You must not:

• Use the cards for a business you do not own or operate.
• Solicit, incentivise, or fabricate reviews in violation of Google's policies.
• Resell or redistribute the generated files to third parties without our written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Revlink.eu platform.

8. Intellectual property

The card template designs, brand assets, and software powering Revlink.eu are the property of Revlink UAB. The generated PDF file containing your business name and QR code is licensed to you for your own commercial use.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that QR codes will remain scannable indefinitely, or that Google's review platform will remain accessible.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revlink UAB's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. We will give at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
